Heritage Health and Housing, Inc. provides health care, housing and a wide range of social and support services within a community of healing in each of its operating venues.

Vision

 

Heritage Health and Housing, Inc. delivers highly effective and quality services in a learning environment of excellence and caring while instilling dignity and self-respect in its clientele. Heritage marshals the efforts of its board, staff and consumers and uses all available resources to expand its services—in accordance with its core values and expertise—to fill gaps in needed programs, to enhance community, social and economic empowerment and to train clients for adaptability.

A contribution by cash or check is a convenient, tax-deductible way to support Heritage's Mission. Gifts can be made at any time of year, either as a one-time gifts, or as a periodic contribution to support the clinic and its programs or services.

 

Matching corporate Gifts

 

Matching gifts from your employer give your gift an even greater reach, allowing you to double, or in some cases, triple your contribution!

 

How to make a matching gift
    

Check with your company’s human resources department to find out about its matching gift policy. Obtain and fill out the appropriate form from your company’s human resources department and send it to us with your contribution. We will complete our portion of the form and return it to your company.

Honor the memory of your loved one through a tax-deductible contribution that will support critical programs for individuals, children and families across New York.

Honorary Gifts

​

Honoraria for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and other special events are wonderful opportunities to show someone how much you care.

Heritage Health and Housing, Inc. invites corporations and foundations to partner with us in support of our mission to promote healthier communities and improving the lives of individuals and families in the Harlem community.

In-kind donations

Consider donation of items that would benefit would benefit our children, families and community. We encourage businesses and individuals to:

  • ​Participate in collection of back-to-school supplies for our partner schools

  • Participation in our annual National Health Center Week Health Fair 

  • Participation in our annual Holiday Coat and Toy Drive
