MORNINGSIDE LIFE RESIDENCE

Our Morningside Life low-income tax credit building was completed in 1997. Located on Columbus Avenue, this facility has 14 one-bedroom and 4 studio apartments. Developed for Heritage by Millennium Partners, the building is seen as a resource for clients graduating from our other programs.
