Do you wish doctors still made house calls? We make it easy to get the same benefits as a house call from your computer or phone. The Heritage HealthCare Center is committed to providing high-quality healthcare to all members of the community we serve by offering convenient telehealth visits which you can schedule with just a few easy steps. Our telehealth services include the delivery of healthcare, health education, and health information services via remote technologies for medical, dental and behavioral health services.
What Is A Telehealth Visit?
Telehealth visits are virtual office visits similar to a regular office visit that let you video chat with a Heritage HealthCare physician from the comfort of your home or wherever you are with internet access using a smartphone, tablet, or computer, from the comfort of your home.
What Insurance Plans Cover Telehealth Visits?
A telehealth visit is an office visit – except you don’t have to come into the office– so it usually costs the same as an in-person visit. These appointments are billed to insurance in the same way as a traditional visit, so they are typically covered by your insurance identically to an office visit. Most major health insurance plan cover Telehealth visits. There is also a sliding fee scale available for qualified patients.
How to Prepare For a Telehealth Visit

What If I Would Like To Schedule An In-Office Visit To See My Physician?
At the Heritage HealthCare Center, we want to reassure you that we are here during your time of need while maintaining safety precautions. If you or a loved one is in need of care, please call our office, 212-862-0054 and we can schedule a VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT VIA TELEHEALTH for you. You can also request an appointment here. Subsequently, we can make appropriate recommendations and follow-up as clinically indicated.
While the Heritage HealthCare Center is open, we ask that all patients call our office ahead of time to schedule an office visits before traveling to our offices.

Visitas Telesalud son visitas virtuales similares a una visita regular de oficina que te permite chatear a través de video con un doctor de la Clínica De Salud Heritage desde la conveniencia de tu hogar o desde donde usted se encuentre con acceso al internet usando su teléfono, tableta, o computadora desde la comodidad de su hogar.
¿Qué planes médicos cubren las visitas de Telesalud?
Una visita Telesalud es una visita de oficina – excepto que usted no tiene que venir a la oficina– usualmente el costo es el mismo que una visita en persona. Estas citas son facturadas al seguro de manera tradicional, típicamente son cubiertas por su seguro al igual que una visita de oficina. La mayoría de los planes de seguro médico cubren las visitas de telesalud. También contamos con escala de pago para aquellos pacientes que cualifiquen
