At Heritage HealthCare Center, there is a concerted effort to integrate medical care with behavioral health whenever issues of grief, addiction, depression, anxiety or other personal stressors occur. This holistic approach as well as working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team helps ensure all aspects of patient care are met.
